Youngest Player Steps Up as Logan Middle School Basketball Celebrates Big Night of Team Spirit

Logan Middle School basketball had a big night as its youngest player, sixth grader Cash Duncan, stepped up in a way that amazed both his teammates and the community.

Despite being the last to make the team, Cash showed determination and earned the respect of the older boys and coaches.

Basketball Head Coach Celebrates Cash Duncan’s Breakout Performance!

Head coach Seth Hainer captured the moment in a Facebook post, sharing a video of the gameplay and praising Cash’s dedication.

He wrote,

It’s nights like tonight that makes you love coaching and what you do with your program… Tonight Cash was CASH!!!! From DEEP!!! The way the boys and community was hyped up for him is what makes a great program. We are a Family🐺🐺.

Hainer focused on Cash’s journey from being the last player added to the roster to becoming a spark of energy for the team.

His post concluded by celebrating the collective spirit of the players and the community.

Adding to the pride, Cash’s mother, Krista Browning, reshared the coach’s post with the simple but heartfelt words, my boy.
