Team Amit Tiwari ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SEO MCP Toolkit at seo.amittiwari.net. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

Profile information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.

Google API tokens: OAuth access and refresh tokens that allow us to fetch data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard Fernet encryption.

DataForSEO credentials (optional): If you choose to connect DataForSEO, we store your API login and password in encrypted form.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session.
• Fetch SEO data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and DataForSEO on your behalf when you (or your AI assistant) make requests through the MCP protocol.
• Display your connection status and settings on the dashboard.

4. Data Access Scope

We request read-only access to your Google data:

• Google Search Console: Read-only access to your search performance data (webmasters.readonly).
• Google Analytics 4: Read-only access to your analytics data (analytics.readonly).
• We do not modify, delete, or write any data to your Google accounts.

5. Data Storage & Security

All sensitive data (OAuth tokens, DataForSEO credentials) is encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. Your data is stored on a secure server and is only accessible to you through your authenticated session or your unique MCP bearer token.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data is only transmitted to Google APIs and DataForSEO APIs when you initiate requests through the MCP protocol.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can revoke our access at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing "Team Amit Tiwari" from connected apps. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at amit@amittiwari.net.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date.
