Shannon Kobylarczyk was fired from her position at ManpowerGroup on October 15, 2026, one day after the viral video of her confrontation at the Brewers-Dodgers playoff game was posted online.

Shannon Kobylarczyk is a Milwaukee-based attorney who served as Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel at ManpowerGroup.

She also held a board position with Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.

In October 2026, Kobylarczyk became the subject of national controversy after a viral video of her using an inappropriate word.

The video, reportedly filmed during a tense moment at a Brewers-Dodgers playoff game, showed her commenting, “Let’s call ICE” toward a Latino fan.

Following the incident, she was terminated from ManpowerGroup and resigned from the Make-A-Wish board.

Shannon Kobylarczyk’s Racial Comment Ultimately Cost Her Job At ManpowerGroup!

A video posted on October 14, 2026, captured Shannon Kobylarczyk, a Brewers fan, yelling at Ricardo Fosado, a Latino Dodgers supporter and U.S. Navy veteran.

After Enrique Hernández hit a home run for the Dodgers, Fosado stood to cheer and record the moment.

Kobylarczyk responded by shouting:

Real men drink beer, p**sy, Let’s call ICE,

The video also shows Kobylarczyk attempting to slap Fosado during the heated exchange.

Fosado was later ejected from the stadium for swearing, and he reportedly requested a refund from the Brewers for the incident.

Once the video went viral, internet users quickly identified Kobylarczyk as an attorney and executive at ManpowerGroup, a Milwaukee-based staffing firm.

The company confirmed she was “no longer with the organization” as of October 15.

The video, shared by Instagram user @savagecycles87, quickly gained widespread attention across social media.

In her post, she said:

This kind of racism and ignorance has no place anywhere — not at a baseball game, not in our communities, not in our country. My friend has served this nation with honor, yet he was treated with hate and disrespect just because of how he looks.

To make matters worse, the woman actually slapped him. No one should ever face harassment or violence because of their race, ethnicity, or background.

I’m sharing this because racism is still happening every day — even in places that should bring us together, like a ballgame. We need to speak up when we see it. Silence only helps hate.

Many viewed the “call ICE” comment as racially charged and emblematic of broader issues of discrimination in public spaces.

Racial discrimination must end so that every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and equality.
