Grant left little drops of Heaven wherever he went. Years ago, I ran into Grant and his mom at a youth football game on a Saturday morning, right after Blake came to Carroll. At the time, we were pretty against moving the kids and felt so torn about where they would fit best, but it was my long conversation with Stephany and Grant that changed my heart. I remember telling Blake it was a God thing and that we officially needed to “come home.”
Halee BetznerOther close ones and relatives have also poured their heartfelt condolences and sent prayers to Grant’s family to stay strong in this hard time.
A celebration of Grant’s impactful life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2026, at Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School Gymnasium with Pastor David Smook officiating.
