Andrew Hough, a father from Minneapolis, Minnesota, recently shared a post on Facebook expressing his frustration over the bullying his son is facing in Con Rapids High School.

According to Hough, his son has been facing repeated bullying from the coaching staff at the school.

Father Speaks Up for His Son Facing Bullying at Coon Rapids High School!

In the post, Hough explains that his son was punched by a player who is still on the team, yet the school has taken no action against the aggressor.

Instead, his son was kicked off the team for an argument with a female student.

Hough states that the disagreement involved the student calling his son “light skin,” to which he responded by calling her “black.”

His son, who is Black, now faces punishment from the school administration, including being banned from all sporting events.

Hough expressed disbelief and frustration at the situation.

He claims that the athletic director, the varsity coach, and the rest of the staff have been bullying his son.

He also criticized the principal and the school district for allowing this to happen, questioning how the system could punish a student who works hard in school and represents the school positively.

The father says he has tried reaching out to the school about the incident where his son was physically attacked, but he has not received a response.

Hough also said he plans to contact the Anoka School District and Superintendent Cory McIntyre to demand action, emphasizing that the treatment of his son needs to stop immediately.

As of now, Coon Rapids High School has not released any statement or made any notice regarding this incident, but the community seems to be seeking a proper response.

While Andrew is now worried about his child, he is determined that this culture of bullying in the school must stop and is seeking a suitable resolution for what his son has been facing.
