Georgia Mourns 22-Year-Old Former Northview High School Varsity Football Player Luke Bolton, Survived by His Parents and Siblings!

Besides football, Luke also played varsity lacrosse for Northview.

A high school football player originally from Johns Creek, Georgia, Luke Bolton, passed away untimely on December 5, 2026.

Luke Bolton is survived by his parents, David and Michelle Bolton, and siblings, Brooke, Mac, and Ansley Bolton.

Brooke Bolton, his elder sister, expressed her grief in an Instagram post, writing:

My beautiful baby brother. I will miss you for a lifetime. No words will ever express how I feel about you. 22 years was never going to be enough. Rest easy my Lucas. I love you more than you’ll ever know🤍

Mac, his elder brother, also took to his Instagram to let his emotions out. He addressed him as his “best friend,” writing:

Words can’t describe what I am feeling in this moment. My heart is torn into a billion pieces knowing I will never get to hug my baby brother and best friend again.
You are the greatest person I will have ever known and I already miss you so much. I pray your soul has finally found the peace that you deserve.

I will carry your memory and love you for the rest of my life. Until we meet again baby brother, rest easy ❤️,” he ended the post.

Likewise, his younger sister, Ansley Bolton, also wrote an emotional eulogy on her Instagram story.

She wrote, “My big brother. I will love you for the rest of my life. You never failed to make me smile in my 20 years of life. I love you so much rest easy my best friend, I will see you one day.

Besides parents and siblings, Luke leaves behind his beloved dog, Beau, and extended family members.

Luke Bolton attended Northview High School in Johns Creek, Georgia, where he spent several years as the quarterback wearing number 15 for the varsity football team.

He started playing back in 2017 as a freshman and kept going through tough seasons, even when the team struggled with records like 0-10 or 1-9 in some of those later years.

Like contributed during the 2026-2026 season when he caught three passes for 18 yards and scored a couple of touchdowns as a receiver.

On top of football, Luke also played varsity lacrosse for Northview from 2017 to 2026, taking on the midfielder position with jersey number 2.

Thus far, details surrounding Luke’s memorial and funeral services haven’t been published by his family.

During this challenging time, we pray for the strength of Luke’s parents, friends, and extended family.
